To show you her commitment to Nouveau Contour, we thought we’d share a small section of her diary dates over the last few weeks:
23 February – Karen was a speaker and demonstrator at Scar Academy UK. Scar Academy, developed and run by OSCARE in Belgium, is an advanced scar management course focused on burn scars. Scar Academy UK is a 2 day course adapted and delivered in partnership with The Katie Piper Foundation. Karen covered medical tattooing.
24-25 February – Professional Beauty Exhibition – as well as performing treatments on the Nouveau Contour stand, Karen and Co Director Nilam Patel launched new products from HD Brows. She also judged the Muse category of the Warpaint make-up competition where make-up artists had to create a look that will appealed to the 2013 real woman.
1 March – St George’s seminar, Karen presented and demonstrated medical tattooing to over 200 surgeons. The aim was to educate fellow medical professionals on how permanent cosmetics/medical tattooing can work in synergy with others forms of reconstructive work.
2 March – 18 March – Karen presented and demonstrated at the SPCP conference in Las Vegas. She then travelled to Orlando for the Nouveau Contour conference with fellow elite artists Bridgette Softley, Susan Farley and Cathy Brown.
